Dance performance The cynical Rick's pub is a meeting place for rogues, gamblers and those waiting for their visa.
Czech László Viktor arrives here with his wife, Ilsa – in need for visas as well. Rick recognises Ilsa as his lover from Paris, and so does Ilsa. While Ilsa watches Rick dreamily, As Time Goes By is playing in the background and the melody of the song takes them back to a life that is calm and not poisoned by war. Love and politics is in a good balance in this performance. Miskolc Ballet rephrases the story of a love-triangle that is filled with strong emotions and nostalgia, in the language of dance.
